Aftercare

For the rest of the day after treatment, avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area and stay upright for around four hours. Skip strenuous exercise, saunas and alcohol for 24 hours, and avoid facials or facial massage for two weeks. Makeup is best left until the following day. Amy provides full written aftercare at your appointment and is available if you have any questions afterwards.
